How is the GMAT Focus score calculated?

The GMAT Focus Edition total score ranges from 205 to 805 and is calculated from three section scores — Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and Data Insights — each scored 60–90.

All three sections contribute equally. A weak section cannot be offset by a strong one beyond what the formula allows.
